1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Use of the Service

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the platform.
• Generated plans, documents, or insights are provided “as-is” and require your own review.
• We may suspend accounts that violate the law or these terms.

3. Payment & Trials

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Trials may be revoked if misuse is detected. Refunds are handled according to consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Data & Confidentiality

Stella stores your inputs to maintain the Living Business Profile. We treat your data as confidential and only share it with ecosystem partners when you explicitly request a referral. We may also use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve product analytics and training, but it will never include information that identifies you or your business.

5. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

Stella is an AI assistant. Outputs may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Always confirm legal, financial, or compliance steps with qualified professionals before acting.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kipup Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
